2. Distribution Partnerships
- All distribution arrangements are governed by separate written agreements.
- Pricing, credit terms, and supply schedules are agreed upon in writing before commencement.
- We reserve the right to modify distribution terms with reasonable notice to partners.
3. Pricing & Payments
All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are defined in individual partner agreements and must be adhered to strictly.
4. Warehousing & Logistics
Warehousing and third-party logistics services are offered subject to space availability and mutual agreement. Madhav Marketing is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, third-party carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand names, trademarks, and product identities mentioned (Emami, Vasmol, Chheda Specialities) remain the sole property of their respective owners. Madhav Marketing holds no ownership rights over partner brand assets.
6. Limitation of Liability
Madhav Marketing's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from distribution delays, stock shortages, or logistics failures beyond our control.
